Thanks Rod-it. If you could use subscription based software offline, there would be nothing stopping someone buying a year license, then disconnecting and never renewing but still retaining use. I was told when I purchased my version that it was a life time, one unit application. I made the assumption that once it was activated, I was done. Now I know I have to be connected to the internet to make that happen. I converted the database to. All is good. Thank you both for your help.
